(This post was written for the 28-Day Be Healthy Program.)
Every great change begins in the head.
Without the belief that things can be better, they probably won’t.
For an end to the status quo, we must shift from the old ways of doing things to the new. But first, we must understand the Why behind the shift.
Why change when the easiest thing to do is to keep doing the same thing?
“A body at rest tends to stay at rest” because of resistance. Believe me, there will be resistance. That’s why the foundation of change is in the mind.
Without an attitude adjustment, we won’t get very far.
I encourage you to be open to new ideas, new information, and new ways of doing things. Without that, old habits will creep back in and you’ll be back at square one.
